How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered nationwide across South Africa, typically within 5–12 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
What sizes do you offer?
Most of our activewear is available in sizes S through 2XL. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unworn with tags attached.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also reach out to support@flexfolio.co.za with your order number.
Is checkout secure?
