Welcome to Flexfolio. By using flexfolio.shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing: We do our best to display products and prices accurately. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices exclude any customs duty or import taxes charged by the destination country on international deliveries. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit quantities. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Orders: Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

Payment: Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful.

Customs and import charges: Prices shown at checkout cover the product and the shipping you select. They do not include customs duty, import VAT, or clearance and handling fees charged by the destination country. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable on or before delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full detail.

Returns, refunds & shipping: Governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use: You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Flexfolio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, beyond the value of the order in question.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
